My design career started just after graduating high school in 1999. I landed a gig at a local pin stripe / lettering shop here in Spokane, where I was first introduced to Graphic Design. Learning to work with typography, color, and composition in an extremely fast paced environment, I caught on pretty quick and realized I loved what I was doing. After working at the shop for a couple years, I was ready to take design to another level and decided to enroll at the Art Institute of Phoenix, where I was able to get my graphic / web design degree.

In order to afford a private design school, I joined the United States Air Force. The educational benefits helped me pay for school, and the overall training I received gave me structure and discipline to practice the trade. I was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant in 2006 after six years of service.

Fast forward over 20 years and I’m still at it, and I still love it. I am grateful for the different creative places design has taken me, and all of the great people I’ve met and worked with along the way. Having a little one-man-shop in the Spokane Valley has been a dream of mine for years, and I am as content as can be doing my thing in my hometown, for other small businesses.

I’ve called Spokane my home since 1988, aside from the six-year hiatus to serve and get my education. My roots are planted here in the valley where I grew up. My wife, Jasmin and I, along with our daughter Leni love our little corner of the world. When I’m not designing or creating some random thing in the garage you can find me on the St. Joe River, or on any of the local golf courses around town.
